What does TOG rating mean?

A TOG rating is a measure of thermal insulation used to
indicate how warm a fabric or sleeping bag will keep you. It stands for Thermal Overall Grade. The higher the TOG rating, the warmer the
item will be.

  • 0.5 TOG: Suitable for hot summer nights or warm environments.
  • 1.0 TOG: Ideal for mild weather.
  • 2.5 TOG: Recommended for cooler temperatures, typically used in autumn and winter.
