• The SmartSnugg warehouse is based 60 minutes outside of Melbourne, in Geelong.
• We use Australia Post as our postage provider.
• All parcels are sent via registered post, and a tracking number will be provided to you once the order has been dispatched.
• We aim to pick and pack all orders within 24hrs, with the exclusion of weekends and public holidays.

• Victoria: 3 - 5 Business Days
• New South Wales: 3 - 5 Business Days
• Queensland: 3 -7 Business Days
• South Australia: 3 - 7 Business Days
• Western Australia: 5 - 10 Business Days
• Northern Territory: Up to 10 Business Days

Time frames are once the parcel has left our facilities. Please note we are at the mercy of Australia Post.
