As the customer you are responsible for the cost of return shipping to receive a refund if there is no manufacturing issue with the product. 

Shipping costs are therefore non-refundable. If you have received an approved return claim for a refund, please note the cost of the shipping for the return will be deducted from your final refund amount. 

If there is a manufacturing issue with any smartsnugg product on immediately receiving it we will cover the cost to replace the item and the return shipping.

 Estimated timeframes for orders may vary depending on public holidays and large sale calendar events. 

 Unfortunately, once an order leaves our hands and is shipped, we lose any control and face the same delays our customers do,

If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
