SmartSnugg’s mission is to help parents all over the world better monitor their baby’s internal sleeping bag temperatures and room temperature to help avoid accidental overheating or undereating during sleep- which is a major risk factor of SIDS.

The SmartSnugg system allows parents to monitors their baby’s internal sleeping bag temperature, room temperature and movements, and is able track and learn their baby’s ideal sleeping preferences and assists parents in dressing their baby for a safer and most comfortable sleep. SmartSnugg helps parents track their baby’s sleeping temperatures and comfort in real time and alerts parents if temperatures become too high or too low.

SmartSnugg was not founded in the middle of the day. It was born during a sleepless night. The sort of night that new parents experience all the time.

His ground-breaking design of an intelligent sleeping bag for infants and toddlers records sleeping bag temperature, baby sleeping positions and movement in real-time and issues alerts and notifications to a mobile phone – innovation that is a world-first.

Driven, though, by the knowledge of helping future generations of infants and toddlers (and their parents) sleep more soundly, with a product that can also play a very important part in minimising the fatal risk of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
