Returns Policy

For all returns enquires, please contact 

Our SmartSnugg returns policy is valid for 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, you will unfortunately no longer be eligible for a return - Refund, Exchange or Credit. 

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item/s must be unused with all swing tags and or packaging for required for resale.
  • Must include any instruction manuals or guides required for the product ordered and received from SmartSnugg initially.

We do not accept returns on Sale Items or Gift Vouchers. 

If your products meet these requirements. Please email with the below information. 

  • There must be a proof of purchase supplied; online order number is best. 
  • Your name & Customer account (if you have one),
  • Your order number & date & how much the order was for. 
  • Clearly outline the product name, style & colour for your return product/s. Along with your reason for return - i.e., incorrect size ordered or change of mind.
  • If there is an issue with your order, please feel free to attach images for reference. 

In the meantime, we ask you please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or being a separate return process. 

We will help you with your return as fast as we can. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank as there is often some processing time lag before a refund is posted.
